- Update Rich Text Editor used in all forms to the latest release.
- When using the electronic signature option, create an option to identify if the document was signed in person and add the ability to upload a signed document at that point.
- In the IEP form, add the ability to search prior IEPs from the Search Current Forms option in the rich text fields.
- Redesign the goal page of the IEP to update the user interface and allow for drag/drop capability to reorder the goals.
- Provide the ability to add a student to the Invitation to Participate form if they are below 14 years of age.
- Create a District option to control the turning on/off of electronic signatures per each specific form.
- Add the Career and Technology Center (CIP) code field to custom rosters, so it can be integrated into user reports.
- Expand the ability to add attachments to any form that has a signature option.
- Add the "Start from Previous" option to the Procedural Safeguards Letter.
- Bring back the rapid entry function to input Act 16 data.
- Add an indicator to the Behavior Intervention Plan that would indicate if restraints were used and create a report that users can run to identify which BIP had restraint usage.
- Add a Copy function to the PIMS Student Template screen for those LEAs that do not roll over their templates.
- Add the "Gender Identity" field to Student Demographics and synch with the PIMS Student Template (if applicable).
- Add additional auditing for the electronic signature process that captures to whom the signature requests were sent, and add a corresponding audit report.
- Add a "None at this time" option for the Accommodations on the 504 RR document.
- Provide capability to duplicate goals in the Transition section of the IEP, so that text does not have to be copied/pasted multiple times to different sections. (Post Secondary and Employment)
- Reorganize the PennData Reports Page.
- From the Staff list page, give districts the ability to show only District staff (hide all IU IEP User staff that show).
- Under Help, redesign the Blank and annotated Form page.
- Change the Parent Portal option and make it available to all students instead of just Early Intervention.
- Enable users to view more than 30 days of previous logs if desired from the log page.
