The staff at IEPWriter™ would like to wish everyone a healthy, happy new year. There's much to look forward to, so we'd like to share some positivity.

Data collection revisions pertaining to work experience for students with disabilities involved in transition planning as part of their IEPs were posted in December. In light of the five new questions required for Act 26 data capture, we are updating the system as follows:

• Adding the first four questions into the IEP document
• Adding the fifth question to the updated "Summary of Academic Performance" document

Additionally, since these changes came out mid-year, we are developing a function to further accommodate users. This will allow rapid entry of information for students with new IEPs already created this school year.
