PA Data Validator for Data Preloading

Schools may either setup IEPWriter manually through the screens available or submit data files for import. Files submitted for import must meet the layout format as defined in the Technical Information Guide's (PDF file, 563kb) Data Preloading section. Files that do not meet the layout format are subject to additional setup costs as defined on our pricing page.

To verify that your files meet the layout format, we have developed a Data Validator program that you may run against your files prior to submitting them to Leader Services for import.
