Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) module

The Pennsylvania Information Management System (PIMS) module of Children Count was designed for Intermediate Units to meet the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s requirement for capturing and reporting student enrollment, staff and course information. The PIMS module is intended to enhance the capability of meeting data reporting requirements by providing a single platform for the submission of data.

  • Student, course, and staff templates that allow you to enter and track detailed student demographics, courses, and staff information, including assignments
  • PIMS reports and verification reports, including reports listing students who are missing student and school enrollment templates
  • Download the PIMS flyer (PDF file)
  • Available as an add-on module for IU Children Count users (contact Lewie Astorino for details and pricing)
